Clear terms before work begins.

These terms apply when you use the BetterMRR website or submit a request for launch evaluation. A submitted request lets us assess fit and discuss possible work; it does not by itself create a paid order or require either party to proceed.

You agree to provide information that is accurate enough for us to evaluate the product and proposed channels. You must have authority to request work for the product and permission to use any copy, logos, screenshots, customer claims, or other materials you provide.

We may decline a request, exclude channels that are irrelevant or unsafe, or ask for additional information before proposing work.

BetterMRR does not currently take payment on this website. Before any payment, we will confirm the selected service, included work, price, payment method, expected delivery window, cancellation terms, and refund terms in writing.

If that written confirmation conflicts with these general website terms, the written confirmation controls for that paid engagement.

Directories, marketplaces, communities, review sites, media sites, and other destinations are independent third parties. Their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, editorial standards, fees, and account requirements apply.

By approving launch work, you authorize BetterMRR to use the approved product information and assets for submissions within the agreed scope. We will not knowingly accept a third party's terms on your behalf where that action requires an authority you have not granted.

BetterMRR can evaluate fit, prepare submissions, make agreed submission attempts, and record available evidence. We do not control a third party's review or ranking decisions and do not guarantee acceptance, publication, backlinks, traffic, rankings, revenue, or MRR. A submission attempt is not the same as an accepted or permanent listing.

• Keep product claims, contact details, and supplied assets accurate.
• Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, credentials, or evidence.
• Review any sensitive copy or account action that requires your approval.
• Do not use BetterMRR for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive products.
• Do not submit passwords, secret keys, or payment-card details in the launch form.

You retain ownership of the product information and assets you provide. You give BetterMRR a limited permission to use them only to evaluate the request, discuss the engagement, and perform approved launch work.

BetterMRR retains ownership of its website, methods, templates, and internal tooling. Ownership or reuse rights for engagement-specific deliverables will be stated in the written scope when needed.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website and may correct errors in published information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BetterMRR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party channel decisions, outages, policy changes, or information you supplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any engagement-specific limits will be disclosed before payment, not added after the work begins.
