Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains what BetterMRR collects when you ask us to evaluate a SaaS launch, why we need it, and what happens if launch work later involves third-party channels.
Information we collect
When you submit a launch request, we collect the product name, website URL, work email, category, product stage, intended audience, target market, desired timing, launch goal, available launch assets, and any notes you choose to provide. We also keep the selected plan, your consent confirmation, request status, and timestamps needed to manage the request.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, message, consent confirmation, request status, and record timestamps. Please do not include secrets or sensitive identity or payment information.
To detect duplicates and prevent abuse, we store a pseudonymous request fingerprint derived from normalized request details and a daily-rotated, pseudonymous hash derived from the request's IP address. These values are used for request integrity and abuse prevention, not advertising or cross-site tracking. The service schedules both pseudonymous values for scrubbing after 30 days during normal intake and admin maintenance.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to:
- evaluate whether BetterMRR is a fit for the product and requested launch;
- respond to the request and clarify eligibility, scope, or missing details;
- prepare and deliver the agreed launch work and its records; and
- protect the service from spam, fraud, and other misuse.
We do not sell personal information or submitted product data.
Payments and refunds
BetterMRR does not currently collect or process payments on this website. Submitting a launch request is not a purchase. The exact scope, price, payment method, delivery expectations, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be confirmed with you in writing before any payment is requested.
Third-party channels
If you approve launch work, relevant product information and assets may be submitted to selected directories, marketplaces, communities, media sites, or other third-party channels as part of that work.
Those channels operate independently and apply their own terms, privacy notices, review standards, and account requirements. We share only what is reasonably needed for the approved submission. A channel may reject, edit, retain, or remove a listing according to its own rules.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure providers to host, secure, and operate the website and its request records. They may process information on our behalf only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, BetterMRR, or the public.
Retention and security
We retain launch request information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate a launch or answer a contact request, communicate with you, deliver agreed work, maintain an appropriate business record, and resolve disputes. The IP-derived anti-abuse hash rotates daily. Both identifiers become eligible for scrubbing after the 30-day abuse-prevention window and are replaced during the next intake or admin maintenance pass.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not put passwords, private API keys, payment-card information, or other secrets in the notes field.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with your request, subject to records we must reasonably retain for legal, security, or business purposes. You may also withdraw a request before agreeing to paid work.
Contact
If you already have a BetterMRR reference, include it in your message. For a correction, deletion, or other privacy question, use the dedicated contact form and choose Privacy request. Do not include passwords, identification documents, financial details, or other sensitive information; we will follow up using the email you provide.
